Thanks for posting. It looks like there is a wool pile weatherstripping in that railing. We carry a selection of wool pile here. To know what might work for you, you'll need to measure the exact size of the base and height of the pile and see if we have a match. Wool pile measurements are very discrete, often going into the X/32" range, so be as precise as possible. Let me know if you have any questions.
