On the sliding door it has the following 20-999-3654 date 2/94, the holes are 3 1/2' spread tow screws on both the interior and exterior, color is white.

The inside handle is in working condition and the out side handle is the one broken if they come in a set that's fine with me. TY

Hello,
Take a look at the 84-223 patio handle. This looks like the one you're looking for. However, you might need to use your existing inside latch. I came across the issue where the latch was a different size. Compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think.
