To further review, are you able to provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center? At first sight, the style resembles the 83-116 latch and pull. Review the dimensions below and let me know what you think!

Unfortunately the measuring tape is not lined up in the picture. If the distance between the installation holes from center to center matches 3 inches apart, the 83-116 would be our best match. Please review the overall dimensions and the style of the latch to see how it compares to your original. Let me know if you see any discrepancies.
