We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need a bit more information. To get started, please write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your handles. We'll also need to see the internal latch if one is used for this setup. It also looks like your outside handle was installed backwards for some reason. Just something to consider when installing a replacement. Thank you!
