This look like our 82-086 Handle Set. If you just want to replace the key lock, see our 82-315. Compare the dimensions to see if your old outside handle is wide enough to accept the replacement lock and housing; otherwise, you could also buy a new outside pull with our 82-044. Finally though, you might want to make sure the mortise lock isn't what is broken here, and the true problem. To do that, remove the handle set and try manually throwing the lock with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't work, then the mortise lock too will need to be replaced.
