I'm afraid I don't recognize this specific door either, but the lockset configuration doesn't appear to be especially unique. If you're handy, you should be able to adapt our 40-058 for use with this door.

Some things you want to check prior to purchasing is hole spacing. Also be aware that either the internal handle or keeper may need to be shimmed to meet appropriately. For now, look the 40-058 over and let me know what you think.
