Screen door hinge replacement

Question

This is a 27.5 by 93.25 inch storm door.  The hinges are worn out.  I'm interested in replacing the hinges or the entire hinge rail. I believe it is a pella door   I am unable to find any labels or part numbers anywhere on the door. It is approximately 30 years old.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the storm door hinge in your photos. I'd recommend reaching out to Pella directly.
