The part to open the latch has broken off on the outside handle, looking for replacement.

The external screen door latch in your photos resembles the 83-119, which uses the 83-115 Pella latch. Take a look and see how the specifications shown on our product page compare to yours.
Your internal latch is an older version that we do not carry. We do offer the modern 83-122 and 83-123 Pella latches but I'm not sure if they could work in place of your older style hardware. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
