Thanks for posting! You may be able to use either the 85-011 Screen Door Keeper or the 85-014 Narrow Patio Screen Door Keeper to complete your repairs. Unfortunately, I would not be able to narrow down the exact replacement you need based on the photo provide.

You'll need to do your best to carefully compare the dimensions and design of the keepers to determine which of these is the one you need.
