Hello! It's tough to tell what you have from this photo, but I think it may be our 84-139. That would explain your issues with removal: the 84-139 was actually not designed to come out, so damaging it is necessary. I'm not sure why the manufacturer designed it that way, but it's the only method I know of. Once they're in there, they're in there. |
