Screen door roller replacement

Hi,

I live in a condo where the patio screen door rollers have rusted and need to be replaced. I was hoping to see if you had any recommendations for a replacement part, as I have found close, but no exact match. The condo maintenance has offered to replace them, but at what I feel is a rather steep up-charge of $30. If you feel this is a fair price for this product, I'd be open to this feedback.

I miscalculated, the length is 2 7/16 inches, not 2 5/16 inches.

Please clarify "steep up-charge of $30".
Is that the total including parts? 2 rollers or 4? labor included? Just parts? Per roller? If that's the total for 2 or 4 rollers, jump on it.
