I have Traco screen door in my building and see a part that looks like what I need as a replacement.It matches up with your measurements but I would like to be sure. Your part # is 84-074. Attached is my photo of the part.

Your roller does look very close to the 84-074 Screen Door Roller. Is the diameter of your wheel 1"?
