Screen door sweep

My daughter just bought a house and the sweep from the bottom of the front screen door is broken off, the piece that actually holds the rubber sweep which is built into it ,and I was wondering if you might know where I could find a new one? It's a U-shaped channel and the dimensions are L 34 5/8 x H 2 5/8 including sweeps(3)x W 1 5/8 ID. I can't seem to find out any information on the door itself as there are no labels or model# of any kind on it.
