Screen door track gudie

I have a sliding screen door where the plastic threshold roller track is damaged. It's profile shape is a fat plus sign "+". It is 1/2" high. It is 56" long. It sits in a groove in the wooden threshold. 1/4" deep and 1/4" above. It is 1/4" wide. The 1/4" wheels on the bottom of the screen door ride on this track. I am looking for a replacement part. I cannot determine door manufacturer. Purchased the house second hand.
