Spline inserts are 5/16" thick x 1/2" wide.
Corner including flange is 1 1/8" x 1 1/8" square.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the screen frame 7/16" thick? If so, the 95-245B comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match what you need for this repair.
