It holds the screen in place opposite of the screen lock, pivots on the screws to allow screen to be opened

You have an older style Andersen window with hinged screen hardware. Unfortunately, Andersen no longer makes this type of hardware. One suggestion would be to use the 70-056 hanger kit and install one hanger at the top and the other at the bottom to act as a hinge. As for the other side, it might be possible to use the 70-041 turn clip and cut a notch in the window frame to accept the turn clip. You might also want to contact an Andersen dealer in your area to see if they have any ideas to repair your window screen hinges.
