Screen latch hardware - assembly

Hello,

The only numbers I could find are on the handles, one says 4 and one says 5. I am missing the actual latch, so not sure if there are any part numbers on that. The handles are 4" x 2.25", the distance between the screw holes is 3".

Any assistance you can provide to determine which latch assembly I can buy to replace this one would be appreciated
