Screen repair??
I believe the labels on the windows identify them as yours. 20 years old, but yours. Here are numbers from those labels.

Hello,
Unforutnately, we do not manufacture screens and our company is based in New Jersey, so we would not be the manufacturer but we may still be able to help. To get started, we would need to see photos of your screen and any clips that may be holding it in place to look into this for you. Thank you.
I see no tabs, etc, to release them.
I understand that you are looking for guidance on how to remove your screens but seeing photos of them could help us determine how it sits inside the window frame. One educated guess would be that the top corners of your screen could have had built-in pulls similar to the photo below that broke off, which is not uncommon. If so, you could use something like a slotted screwdriver or putty knife to leverage the screen frame out of the channel. Just be careful not to damage the framing. If this is not the case for your screens, we'll need to see photos to look into this further for you.
I did solve the mystery though.
When inspecting the outside of the window/screen, I discovered one of the vertical rails of the screen had an exposed lip and the opposite did not.
A light bulb went off!
The lip was to keep that side from sliding to far into the window track.
Meaning the other side probably would.
Bingo!
Never in my life have I seen a screen move horizontally to remove but this one did!
Sure enough, retaining springs on that vertical rail!
Thanks again for your help and motivating me to look one more time.
Interesting note:
Our house and those windows are 20 yrs old.
Many of the screens have been "patched" by the previous/orig owner, meaning he never figured it out either!
I'm happy to hear that you were able to find a solution to the problem! Just let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
