Screen retention clip

Handy Person from Bear, Delaware
Hello,
I need 50 pieces of this screen retention clip. The screen is pushed up into a slot in the vinyl and then rubs against this piece which is in the bottom slot the window. The piece is made of whit vinyl and some of them wave rotted in the sunlight. As you can see from the ruler comparison, it measures 27/32" wide by 2-19/32" long with a thickness of 11/32".
The windows were made in 1995 in New Jersey but the company went out of business.

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this strip. These aren't made that much anymore. That said, I think you can substitute it by using our 70-180 clip and 33-090 screw. The 70-180 would need to be secured on the face of the window with the screw. The end leg of the clip has a 1/2" reach and should press up against the screen or glass panel in the door holding it in place.

Alternatively, you can cut the current strip you have down into clips of your own, it should work just the same. There's no need for it to be one long continuous strip.
