Screen tension spring

Hello, Joe. I'm afraid I don't see any previous posts by you on our site. Please note that if you spoke to one of our phone operators, then I am not aware of what you may have discussed since we're a different department. I only know what you post right here.

Looking at your photos, I don't see a tension spring. You appear to be showing a kind of retainer clip, which is usually used to hold the screen frame in the window. Can you verify? 

If that's the function of this part, then we should be able to help. We don't sell this exact clip since they tend to vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but our 70-176 does the same job and can be used in many, many different style windows. Look it over and see what you think.

If I'm off the mark, just let me know and we can work from there.
