Screen tension springs

I am looking for a match to this particular tension spring. This spring goes to a window screen.
This spring measures approx. 3 3/4" long.
The window is believed to be by Jeld Win
I can not find any springs with this shaped profile.

The only thing we have that comes to mind is our 70-194, but double-check to see if it's indeed as long as yours. Let me know what you find.
