Screen vinyl water or bug diverter

Question

For my double hung vinyl windows, there are bottom half of window screens. On the top edge of the screen, there is a vinyl or rubber strip which lays against the window to prevent water or bugs from coming in. On sunny side of house, they are dry rotted with many chips broken off leaving them useless. I cannot find this part. On the pictures, I had to pry it out and use a screwdriver tip to push it back in. Where can I find this part? Does it come in a roll so I can fix all screens?
