Screen window holders

Hello, so I can't open these windows because most of the screen holders are broken off as you can see in the photo, the other photo is what they should look like. I have no idea the name of the parts in order to get new ones and look up how to remove the broken ones. Can anyone help please?

We don't have a video on how to remove them, but I believe they can be drilled out.
