1/4-20" x 1/2" BUT the tip is thinner and not threaded.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the particular screw shown in your photo but you are welcome to look through our selection of fasteners here. I would recommend bringing your screw to a local hardware store so that they can match you up with a replacement. Thanks for posting and good luck with your search.
