Screw holes distance

From the picture available my part matches your 38-139 100%. However, your picture does not include vertical distance between the screw holes. What is the distance between the screw holes?

The distance between the mounting holes on the 38-139 are 3-7/8", center-to-center. Another factor to consider is the length of the locking fork.
