Screw-in 751 balances

Handy Person from USA
I have Weather Shield double hung windows that tilt in.
I need to find a pair of channel balances with shoes that need to be replaced.
I have attached pictures of the existing channels and the foot that is on the window itself. They have the ribbed channels, but don't slide into the trim. They attach with a screw at the top and are loose in the channel.
I have attached pictures of the hardware. They measure 31 x 9/16 x 1/4 .

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a little odd. I'm afraid we don't sell a stock balance that matches this. Can you double-check the width and depth of the metal channel and tell us what you find?

Hi Emily. I have double checked the measurements. Across the whole front where the numbers are it measures 1/2 inch. The depth front to back is 5/8 inch and it is 31 inches long.

I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Donna

Thanks so much for getting back to me, Donna. Our S751-31 with the 30HD stamp option appears to be the best we can offer though there are some differences. Our Series 751 is designed to be mounted at the top of the jamb using an S-clip like the 19-029 or 19-030 but your balance screws in. You'd have to drill a hole at the top of the replacement balances to install them the same way. Just note that modified parts cannot be returned for a refund.

Furthermore, your old knife lock shoe has a metal tab that's a more rounded style compared to ours which is "straight". Due to this difference, we can't promise the functionality.

I'm happy I could be of help! We'd love to hear how the repair goes if possible. I'll be here if you need anything else.
