Screw seat for top of spiral balance

Question

The top of my spiral balance screws into the window, but the plastic seat (receiver) is broken so there is nothing to screw into. Do you have a replacement part?

I can't be sure but it sounds like you may be referring to a spiral balance fitting or a pivot shoe. In either case, we'd b happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an undamaged version of the part that you need fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
