Screw size for 23-306?

What size screw is needed for the 23-306 bracket?

The 23-306 comes with a screw to secure it into the door track. I don't believe any other screws are needed. This bracket slides into the track of the door and you secure it in place with the screw provided.

I lost the screw that was currently in the door that I have - I want to replace the missing screw but can't figure out what the size of it is. Can you tell me if it is a 1/4" with a 28 thread?

Thanks for clarifying! Yes, you are correct, I'd recommend a 1/4" screw with a 28 thread. Note that the head is wide (9/16") so you will also need a washer.
