Screws in Pivot shoes

Question

My Pivot shoes look like these but have screws in them
look like they are holding Spiral in. Do I just remove and
put in new shoes? Also the round part of the shoe that holds the window pulled out when I removed the window. Do I need new shoes or can I get it back in the shoe. I have tried but it doesn't want to go. Thanks for any help

That screw is there to secure the balance spiral in place. You will need to remove it to disconnect the balance. You can reuse the screw once you install the new shoe.

I believe the round part in question is the cam, which is difficult to put back into the shoe once they come out. You can try to pop it back in but it may be best to just get new shoes.
