I need to replace multiple pivot bars and probably shoes for the Great Lakes Seabrooke windows that were installed around 2012. Any help would be appreciated! The entire length is 2 1/2" and 1/4" width if I am measuring correctly. Multiple windows are difficult to close and lock so I am thinking replacing the pivot bars is a place to start.
Also, any idea on shoe?

We have two pivot bars that may work for you. See our 26-030 and 26-226 for my top two considerations. I'm personally leaning towards our 26-030, but you'll need to review their dimensions to verify the better match. Note that overall length is not as important as hole placement.
You also mentioned a pivot shoe, but I can't see the full shoe in your photo. Can you show me a clear picture that shows the whole thing? Please also note that you will need to remove it before you buy anything so that you can compare dimensions. Just something to keep in mind.
