It's made out of some sort of plastic and it's got about an 35° bend... exterior of windows

Thanks for posting. This appears to be glazing bead. I'm not certain, but start by looking at our 55-029. See if this matches up. If it doesn't, please show me a closer picture of your glazing's end profile, and I will try and find something better.
