This is a seal that is attached to the lower sash of a double-hung window.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the weatherstripping shown in your photos. The 58-055 is similar, but yours is still a different style and appears larger. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
