Seal-Rite Casement window operator

I need the part shown in the attached picture. The bronze insert will not stay in place because the housing threads have stripped, and when you get the handle almost closed the rotating shaft pops out. The operator has four mounting holes.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like your worm gear has stripped out. You'll definitely need a new operator. I recommend our 39-083, which looks very similar to what you have in your photos here. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
