Seal between french doors

Hello, I'm not of the manufacturer of the french doors that were installed in my house. Attached are pics of the seal with rough dimensions. Please feel free to contact me if more info is needed.

Hello,

The seal shown in your photos looks like it may be a match to our 58-170B foam seal. Take a look and see how the specifications compare. Thanks for posting!
