Seal for a PGT window

I have PGT single hung windows that are roughly 27 years old. The seal that goes across the bottom needs to be replaced on all the windows do you have a seal that will work or have a suggestion

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove an undamaged sample of the seal in question? We would like to see a clear shot of the end profile to compare to our inventory.

I cannot remove any of the seals but I can try and get a photo

Unfortunately, we can't promise we'll be able to ID the seal when it's installed. We may be able to offer an educated guess depending on how much of the end profile we can make out.
