Seal leak on the fixed door sliding glass doors

Can you just replace the glass panel (condensation leak)? And a disassemble diagram or information on how it's done?

Thanks for writing in. Glass fogs up when the molding around the pane has been compromised. We can't help repair this, but I recommend you contact a local glass shop. They should be able to take the door and repair the molding for you. Best of luck with your repairs.
