Search: Rear Drawer Guide

I have an Ethan Allen Map chest - 4 drawers, no drawer guide, all 4 tip out.

I am in search of a rear drawer guide that will fit a wooden drawer slide that is 11/16" wide and 7/16" high.

If you have a guide that would fit, please let me know.
