Hello, I am looking for a replacement mortise lock for our Kolbe+Kolbe sliding patio door. The number on the actual door says K&K 012000oTVMC4610N . Can you help me find the part I need?

We certainly can help. However, the door model number isn't the most helpful thing we could ask for; photos are much more useful. Ideally, we'd like to see it inside the door, as well as removed from the door. Can you send some photos of your mortise?
