Searching for 029-010

Hello,
Please see attached pictures. I am looking for replacement parts for the assembly shown. The coil piece and also the plastic retainer plate with the two round "spools" for the coils.

I placed a list of related parts for your window on the upper right hand side of this page. Most of the time, the pivot shoe or Series 190 coil spring will be the part to break. If it is the coil spring you need to replace, we will need the number stamped on the end of the spring, where it is screwed to the pivot shoe.
