Hello,
I need a Truth window casement operator. I also need the plastic part that anchors the locking bar that moves up and down when you lock or unlock the window. Please see the attached photos.

Hello! Please see our 39-448 tie bar guide and 39-253LB operator. I believe these two parts match up very well with the hardware in your photos, but let me know if you had any questions.

Hi Tom:

Still need some help. On the short arm of my dual arm operator there is a triangular piece of metal with three holes and the number 40448 stamped on it. The short arm has the number 31876 stamped on it and the long arm has the number 41011 stamped on it, if that helps. Also the window crank assembly appears to be permanently attached to the dual arm operator, I am unable to separate the two. Does the track slider part 39-529 just snap on to the long arm of the operator? I believe the last time I replaced this unit, it was completely assembled with the triangular piece attached to the short arm, the track slider to the long arm and the window crank/cover attached to the dual arm operator. Please see the new attached pictures. Thanks for all your help.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'll go through each of the issues you addressed in order.

So, that triangular bracket is a match for our 39-546, but you can probably just reuse the one you have now as long as it's in good condition. As for the cover, since your original can't come off, then you also need our 39-451, which is sold separately. Finally, the 39-529 does just snap on and off the end of the arm.

Please note that these pieces are all sold separately and you will have to attach them to the operator once you receive them.
