Hello,
Unfortunately, we are not able to supply you with a replacement for your Pella retractable screen. We do not carry the framing for the screen.
You'll need to contact a local Pella dealer to determine if they might be able to provide your with a replacement screen.
I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Did you ever get satisfaction, or order a replacement screen from Pella? I was given the same PN from Pella but with no guarantees since the SN/Model # tag was unreadable. My screen looks exactly like your picture.
