I am looking for A replacement of eight complete Window balances (08/05) Unique balance and side T pivot with three holes. please let me know the cost. I am in Canada.

The company who made your window, Unique, has been out of business for some time now. We will not have exact replacements. That said, see our 26-402 tilt bar. This might work as a substitute for your original. For the tilt balance, consider our S795-33 channel balance. You will need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best option.
