Hi,

I have an awning window dual-arm crank and the detach clip on one of the arms has snapped off. I can't seem to find the replacement part. Included is a photo of the base unit and the broken clip.

I'm afraid these detach clips are not available separately. They're unique to the operator, which I think is our 39-393. Look it over to see if that's correct. If it is, then you'll need an all new operator. We've never been able to get the manufacturer to supply us with the solitary clip. I'm sorry we cannot be of more help.
