The rubber strap that moves the between-the-glass blinds on my Designer Series windows from 2008 is broken. Per attached photo, the hook broke off one piece so the spring detached. I understand the design has changed, and what I need is a drive system kit, 0E1U0000, but I can't locate it by that number. Can you help? Thanks.
