It's tough to make out your hardware from these photos. It looks like you may be looking for a new operator but I'm not sure. Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

If I'm wrong and the operator isn't what you need, we will need to see clear photos of the undamaged part in question to compare to our inventory.
