Searching for 1/2 inch slide in bubble seal weather st

This stripping is falling out of the window and bugs get in the house because of the gap between the window and the screen.
Also?what can I do to make the windows slide up and down more easily without making such a squeaking and sqwauking noise that the neighbors hear (I live in a condo with close neighbors). Thank you!
