Hi Victor. I am confident we can replace this channel balance for you, but we need to see a picture of the nylon fitting on the other end of the balance as well. From there, we should be able to recommend the replacement Series you need. Thanks.

This photo is perfect, thank you. Have a look at both our S380-15 and S385-15 channel balance. Depending on the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe, will determine which of the two balances is a match. Whichever one chosen will use a 1420 option that holds a sash weight of 6-10 pounds.
