Searching for 14-3 KM5 CMC 9

Question

I'm looking for replacement parts for my bathroom slide / tilt out window. Part number on current parts is: 14-3 KM5 CMC 9. Please advise if you have replacement parts. There is a plastic part at the end of that slide that is broken.

Thanks for reaching out! To determine the correct replacement balances needed for your window, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. Unfortunately, the stamp does not indicate the type of balance needed for your window; it only tells us the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash.

I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be left behind in the window or that could possibly be attached to the bottom of the window. If there is a hook at the top of the balance, I'll need to see the space in the window channel where the hook connects.
