Searching for 14" Concealed Casement Window Hinge

Do you sell a 14" Concealed Casement Window Hinge. Looking out of the window it is the right side. The "Truth" part number is 13.14. The arm with the sliding end is about 6" from the sliding end to the last screw hole. Cost plus shipping?
