can you find this part? about 30 plus years old numbers on it are 15000-8

We don't have the complete assembly, I'm afraid, but perhaps we can offer replacement wheels. It would require you to drill out the old wheel, but see our 10-109 or 10-141, depending on your wheel size. You can screw them on with our 33-087 with Lock Tite.
